iCLASS smart card technology was specifically designed to make access control more powerful, more versatile, and more secure when compared with legacy 125 kHz frequency technologies. iCLASS 13.56 MHz read/write contactless smart card technology provides versatile interoperability in applications such as access control, network log-on security, cashless vending, time and attendance, event management and biometric identification.

The iCLASS smart card meets ISO standard for card size and thickness for use with direct image and thermal transfer printers. It features a graphics quality surface optimized for Photo ID printing, and is available in standard PVC construction.

³ Cards ordered with plain white front and back packaging, or custom artwork, will still have a small HID logo and reference number printed in the lower left-hand corner and a slot punch target printed on the back of the card. Most part numbers are marked with sales order number. A custom part number is required to omit all marking from the card. Contact your local support representative for details.

⁴ The Printed card number is placed in the bottom right-hand corner on the back of the card

⁵ Cards are provided with an optional slot punch at no additional charge. Some video imaging printers cannot accommodate pre-slot punched cards.
