Return Policy: Card Quest desires that you are happy with our products and services. We understand that problems may arise which require you to return products you have purchased. Therefore, we will gladly accept most product returns. However, some items are non-returnable including, but not limited to, programmed access control cards. These non-refundable situations are determined on a case by case basis. Restocking fees may apply if Card Quest incurs a fee from the manufacturer. Shipping charges may also apply. We appreciate your business.
Also note, it is the customer's responsibility to provide proper programming and numbering information for their cards.
A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
